Our model combines primary care, pharmacy services, and chronic disease management under one roof, creating a new, lower-cost site of care for underserved communities. /ppWe operate across multiple states and are rapidly expanding a network of rural clinics co-located with pharmacies. Our goal is to deliver scalable, high-quality care while improving access, outcomes, and cost efficiency. /ph3Duties /h3ullipOversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations. /p /lilipManage the day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory, and workflow. /p /lilipProvide exceptional patient care through accurate dispensing, counselling, and medication management. /p /lilipMentor and manage team members (pharmacist, technicians, interns, etc) /p /lilipImplement quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement programs. /p /lilipCollaborate with physicians, family nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. /p /lilipSupport business growth through effective management of pharmacy services, including immunizations and clinical programs. /p /lilipMaintain accurate and timely documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reporting. /p /lilipEnsure the pharmacy operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with company goals. /p /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ullipDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. /p /lilipActive pharmacist license in good standing with the applicable state Board of Pharmacy. /p /lilipMinimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred. /p /lilipStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. /p /lilipDemonstrated understanding of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing. /p /lilipCommitment to excellence in patient care and team development. /p /li /ulh3Compensation Benefits /h3ullipHourly Wage: $68-$72 per hour /p /lilipHealth Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage /p /lilipAnnual Profit Sharing: Eligible for employee profit-sharing program /p /lilipPaid Time Off (PTO), mental health days, and continuing education support are available /p /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
