The jewellery planning department is a key part of Cartier strategy. Our Maison is constantly developing its offer and processes in order to better serve its clients and further improve its brand value perception. Long‑term changes as well as punctual initiatives have a strong impact on our supply chain, including on the distribution side. As a key member of the Cartier Jewellery Operations team, the distribution planner is responsible for worldwide jewellery pieces availability, working closely with our different markets and is involved in the deployment of the service offer which is constantly evolving. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSize markets target stock levels and ensure the distribution of the range and novelty products under your scope. /li liDefine the assortments, tool and safety stock levels of the distribution platforms and boutiques worldwide based on past sales, sales forecasts, and merchandising guidelines for the regions under your responsibility. /li liConduct consistency analysis on stock targets, considering any potential cannibalizations or new sale trends of the collections under your responsibility, and set up the novelties to ensure smooth distribution before the launch date. /li liConsider market feedback, product supply situation, special commercial initiatives and seasonal events to anticipate business needs. /li liMaintain and adapt the automatic replenishment parameters to ensure steady stock deployment to the markets and avoid local shortages. /li liCommunicate proactively to markets and central teams about current and projected stock availability. /li liParticipate in the successful deployment of our new distribution tools by bridging the gap between business needs and the development and improvement of these tools in Anaplan. /li liChallenge actual processes, methods and tools; make required analyses and diagnostics, identify action plans and implement solutions. /li liMaintain or develop new dashboards to follow up worldwide stock availability and shortage situation. /li liShare and train your contacts in the use of the dashboards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHold a master’s degree in engineering, with a major in supply chain. /li liRobust analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and work with data and information systems. /li liOrganized, autonomous and reliable. /li liStrong expertise in Excel and experience with Power BI or Looker. /li liProgramming skills a plus. /li liStrong communication skills in French and English. /li liPreferably past working experience in an international company (luxury a plus). /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liSupply Chain /li liData Analysis /li liExcel /li liPower BI /li liLooker /li liProgramming /li liOrganization /li liAutonomy /li liReliability /li liCommunication /li liInventory Management /li liForecasting /li liReplenishment /li liProject Management /li liProcess Improvement /li liReporting /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pYou will be a key person to our continuous improvement projects ensuring the reliability of the information transmitted to all the actors in the Supply Chain. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
