Overview
As an HR Specialist at Yalwa, you shape talent acquisition and people operations in a growth-oriented, collaborative environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to attract, onboard and develop talents, while maintaining HR processes and employer branding. You’ll work on impactful projects and events that strengthen company culture. This role offers hands-on experience with modern HR tools in a friendly, international team.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Act as contact person for HR topics within the team
- Lead recruitment activities: job ads, candidate outreach, interview coordination
- Support onboarding and ongoing employee relations, including appraisals
- Handle day-to-day HR operations: leave tool, ATS, personnel files, references, HR systems (Personio)
- Execute internal and external employer branding (social media, awards)
- Plan and run internal events (summer/Christmas parties, team events, workshops)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree or apprenticeship in human resources (preferred)
- Several years of practical experience
- Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, social competence, communication
- Fluent in German and English
