The Role We're looking for a dedicated B2B Marketing Expert to grow YamSoft's marketing function. You'll work directly with the leadership team to build brand awareness, strengthen our market positioning, generate qualified leads, and support international business growth. You'll have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy from the ground up while creating content and campaigns that position YamSoft as a trusted AI implementation partner. What You'll Own YamSoft's market positioning and brand perception. Building awareness among business leaders looking to adopt AI. Executive thought leadership across LinkedIn and other relevant channels. Creating business-focused content around AI implementation, automation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. Lead generation campaigns that convert awareness into qualified opportunities. Sales enablement materials including case studies, presentations, and success stories. Marketing analytics and continuous optimisation of campaigns. Your Competencies Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing. Proven experience in B2B technology marketing. Experience marketing software, AI, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or digital transformation solutions. Strong content creation and storytelling skills. Experience building LinkedIn and executive personal brands. Experience of inbound marketing and lead generation. Excellent English communication skills. Ability to work independently and build marketing initiatives from scratch. Understanding of SEO, paid campaigns, and analytics. The salary range for this position is €3000–€4000 gross per month.
