Description
Tasks:
- Support in general office and travel organization
- Service and update Reporting and standardize presentations
- Investigation and coordination with different departments to support strategy discussions
- Work with Microsoft Teams and set up a file system for all needed global information/activities & document sharing
- Create and maintain a global tracking for customer RFQ´s, open issues, news etc.
- Filing and distribution of customer documents according legal and company requirements

Support in innovation sharing and organization of customer events
Requirements:
- Enrolled Student of Bachelor or Master studies within economics or similar
- Affine with Business-, Marketing- as well as Cultural aspects
- Strong skills of MS applications (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point)
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- We expect: high level of initiative, strong communication skills, team spirit
- Can-do-attitude and passion about working in a transforming environment
