IT AM FICO Specialist (f/m/d) in Bonn

Overview

In this role you enable IT applications for Yazaki’s finance and logistics processes by designing and transitioning IT solutions. You coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure testing and quality, and manage documentation and training. You lead changes with scope, time, and budget awareness, and provide 2nd/3rd line support along with 24/7 on-call coverage when needed. You will contribute to continuous improvement within the IT organization and align with stakeholders. This opportunity lets you shape IT services in a global automotive environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Design and specify IT solutions (blueprints)
• Lead service transition activities for new IT solutions
• Coordinate developers and consultants; manage scope, quality, time, budget
• Update stakeholders and track progress in IT-AM framework; maintain Service Now records
• Provide testing support and deploy readiness; document and store material centrally
• Train team members and create training materials
• Drive continuous improvements within area of expertise and push for decision on next steps
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support and on-call coverage as needed

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Degree in Business Administration and Information Technology
• Minimum 1 year professional experience
• Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP Handling Unit Management; basic SD and PP
• ABAP; ITIL knowledge; Project Management capabilities; Master Data Management
• Knowledge of communication protocols and EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT) and message structures
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Good communication skills; dynamism, resilience, self-discipline; teamworking
