Overview
As Learning & Development Senior Specialist, you orchestrate regional L&D initiatives to develop and retain talent. You collaborate with HR BPs, HR Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into L&D processes and programs. You own assigned scope, drive LMS-related improvements, and ensure smooth regional rollouts. You will act as a key educator and liaison, promoting L&D across the organization and supporting audits and governance. This role combines process leadership with hands-on program delivery in a multinational context.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Coordinate L&D processes and programs based on business needs from HR BPs and HR Operations
- Own and deliver assigned L&D scope with conceptual input and ownership
- Collaborate with Operations Expertise Hub for execution
- Serve as point-of-contact and educator for L&D matters to HRBP and HR Operations
- Support regional roll-out of L&D processes and programs
- Coordinate with Corporate Communication and HR Communication to promote L&D initiatives
- Drive implementation and improvement of LMS and related OneHR modules (e.g., Mentoring) in collaboration with HR Governance
- Ensure proper LMS use across HR stakeholders with L&D Admin
- Handle financial calculation, cost control, and internal allocation for trainings
- Analyze training satisfaction and drive corrective improvements
- Collaborate with HR Governance to prepare for IATF audits and support local audits
- Manage cross-country and cross-functional collaboration to meet L&D goals
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related area
- Experience designing, implementing, or supporting L&D programs
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and training delivery skills (virtual and in-person)
- Professional level English (written and spoken)
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across countries and functions
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with multi-initiative management
- Analytical mindset to interpret feedback and improve training effectiveness
- Experience in international or matrix organizations (advantage)
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 (advantage)
