Marketing, Communications & Community Lead

Note: This job does not offer any visa sponsorship, and we are looking for candidates already living in Switzerland or who can relocate to Switzerland without visa sponsorship. Language requirements are German and English fluently.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Define & refine our brand voice, market positioning, and strategic messaging.
2. Define & execute a robust communications strategy which includes various channels such as social media and long-form content.
3. Work with the broader team to manage and develop our external-facing content including our website and other materials.
4. Regularly publish a range of social media posts across various platforms.
5. Support our events strategy which currently focuses on smaller, private events.
6. Work with our external design partners to manage and refine brand assets including its various logos and related design content.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Proven ability to manage crypto-native marketing, communications, events, and community strategies.
2. Crypto-native level industry knowledge.
3. Entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity for independent and flexible thinking.
4. Social media capabilities, including cutting, editing, and posting content across platforms.
5. Ability to work autonomously and be responsible for achieving the desired results while also contributing to the success of projects shared by the wider team.
6. Integrity, humility, intellectual curiosity, honesty, and forthright communication. We are a team of open-minded intellectuals that utilize an evidence-based approach to arrive at what is true.
7. Fluency in English.

Desirable:

1. 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role for a crypto-native company.
2. Experience in an events-related role for a crypto-native company.
3. Some understanding of core asset management concepts.
