We are looking for a Social Media Lead to join our team in Berlin.

Your Tasks

• Develop and oversee social media strategies, especially for Instagram and TikTok, focusing on organic growth and engagement.

• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day support.

• Collaborate with the content creation team to plan and execute innovative campaigns.

• Analyze social media KPIs and use insights to refine strategy and improve performance.

• Provide creative direction and input to ensure fresh, engaging content.

• Ensure alignment between social media and broader brand communication strategies.

• Adapt quickly to changes and manage last-minute requests related to content and campaigns.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on strategy and creative execution.

• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premier Pro, or similar, as well as a solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram KPIs.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive working style.

• Excellent creative copywriting skills, with the ability to guide and inspire team members.

• Passion for beauty and understanding of social media trends.

• Native or fluent English speaker; hybrid working arrangement based in Berlin.

• A collaborative team player with a strong “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn.
