ABOUT US For our client, one of the world's leading e-commerce and technology companies, we are currently looking for a: DEVICE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (M/F/D) YOUR TASKS Receive, inspect and securely store prototype and testing devices Register and track devices in internal systems Organize and manage storage space and inventory Install or update software versions when required Identify incoming devices and coordinate the appropriate next steps Prepare and organize shipments to testers and other relevant destinations Collect devices after testing and prepare them for upgrades or further processing Cooperate with internal teams and support the preparation of customs documentation YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Fluent English skills are essential; German is a plus but not mandatory Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables Experience in logistics, warehouse operations or inventory management is beneficial Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality Reliable, structured and able to follow defined processes BENEFITS Working time account with full overtime compensation Attractive employee discounts with numerous top suppliers Permanent contact person during the entire process / assignment Please be advised that a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens INTERESTED?
