Задачи
Analyze customer, market and competitive requirements and identify optimization and innovation potential for control and monitoring solutions. Structure and specify portfolio epics, including defining features, acceptance criteria and technical requirements, in close collaboration with Product Owners, Product Lifecycle Managers and system architects. Plan, prioritize and manage development initiatives, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget and quality targets using established ALM and project management tools. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, product management, sales and manufacturing through to sales and manufacturing release. Document development progress, results and lessons learned in accordance with applicable PLM guidelines and development milestones.
Требования
Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering (bachelor's, master's or equivalent). At least five years of professional experience in product management of high-voltage switchgear, control and monitoring systems or related technical products. At least five years of experience in project management of complex development or customer projects, as well as in-depth knowledge of agile methods. SAFe certification and practical experience in a SAFe-oriented development environment. Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills in an international environment, as well as willingness to travel.
