Conversational AI Manager (m/w/d) Voice & Chatbot

For one of our clients in the consumer electronics sector, we are looking for the following position for an exciting project:

AI Bot Consultant (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Market Deployment & Prioritization: Drive the operational deployment of AI Chatbots & Voicebots across local markets and prioritize rollouts based on business value.
• Feature Design & Bot Behavior: Design functional bot flows and continuously monitor performance to refine conversational quality.
• Knowledge Base Management: Build, steer, and maintain localized AI Knowledge Bases to guarantee accurate and relevant answers in every region.
• Compliance & Localization: Ensure bot content and behavior strictly comply with local regulatory, legal, and cultural requirements.
• Performance Analytics: Use an analytical mindset to track live usage, identify knowledge gaps, and optimize daily operations.

Your Qualifications

• Experience: Up to 5 years in Business Operations, Knowledge Management, AI Training, or Market Enablement.
• Deployment Experience: Proven track record in supporting operational rollouts across international/local markets.
• Non-Technical Focus: No coding needed – strong emphasis on business logic, content strategy, and operational execution.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Ability to analyze conversation data, spot logic errors, and systematically structure knowledge.
• Business & Cultural Acumen: Sharp understanding of market-specific customer behavior and regulatory landscapes.
