- Yext is redefining how enterprise brands grow in an AI-first world, and we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to sit at the heart of our enterprise sales pods
- This role is an evolution of the traditional BDR: less high-volume outbound, more deep account intelligence, AI-powered sales coordination, and building MCP-enabled workflows that help enterprise sales teams operate more effectively
- You will build a living understanding of your assigned accounts, keep the sales engine running smoothly, and use AI as your primary workflow tool, operating at a depth and scale that would otherwise be impossible
- Develop a living understanding of your assigned accounts, keep the sales engine running smoothly, and use AI as your primary workflow tool. You’ll create and leverage MCP integrations and AI workflows to automate research, monitor buying signals, and surface insights at a depth and scale that would otherwise be impossible
- Monitor earnings calls, press releases, LinkedIn activity, and trade press for each assigned account, tracking leadership changes, new hires, restructures, and other organisational signals
- Quickly identify what is commercially relevant from a high volume of information e.g. A CMO announcing a digital transformation programme becomes a pod trigger within 48 hours
- Use AI as a primary workflow tool for research, signal detection, summarisation, and stakeholder mapping, including building MCP integrations and AI workflows that automate research and monitoring at scale
- Use Yext’s internal Scout tool to run analyses of how target accounts show up in AI and traditional search (AEO/GEO), turning findings into insight the pod can use in outreach and meetings
- Build and maintain account intelligence dashboards, relationship maps, and strategic account plans in partnership with AEs and Customer Success, keeping them current and actionable
- Own the stakeholder map for assigned accounts, identifying champions, influencers, and decision-makers across marketing, digital, AI, customer experience, and IT
- Build and maintain relationships with operational stakeholders below C-suite level
- Help the pod spot gaps in account coverage, flagging when we rely too heavily on a single contact
- Keep stakeholder maps and account plans current as organisations change. Executive engagement sits with the AE; your role is to map the right people so the pod knows exactly who to engage
- Coordinate scheduling for demos, discovery calls, and executive meetings across time zones
- Prepare and customise sales decks, proposals, and pricing sheets, and provide basic solutions engineering support such as demo preparation and environment setup
- Support executive engagement prep by providing intelligence on the individuals the pod is meeting with
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, qualifying leads and routing them to the right person
- Liaise with Marketing on content and upcoming activity, and keep a strong two-way feedback loop on what’s working
- Maintain clean, accurate data in Salesforce
- Track lead conversion, deal velocity, and pipeline progression
- Initiate deliberate, highly personalised outreach to specific individuals at specific moments, with a clear reason for engaging
- Reach out when the pod identifies a relevant trigger: a new role, public announcement, event appearance, or strategic initiative
- Follow up on warm signals from marketing activity with a specific, insight-led message
- Set up introductory conversations between operational contacts and the pod, and facilitate customer introductions where an existing relationship can open a door
- Identify and secure attendance at targeted events or hosted experiences, attending where a target account contact is present to establish or deepen a relationship
