Program Manager

Yibi Precision provides MIM, CNC machining, tooling, and high-precision metal component solutions for customers from early design and DFM through sampling, NPI, inspection, and mass production.

The Role

We are seeking a Germany-based Program Manager to coordinate European customer programs for precision metal components. This is a remote contract role centered on schedules, technical communication, RFQs, sampling, engineering changes, and launch readiness. Occasional customer travel within Europe is expected with advance agreement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer requirements, drawings, specifications, milestones, and open actions across European customers and Yibi's China-based teams.
• Build and maintain program plans covering RFQ, DFM, tooling, sampling, qualification, NPI, and mass-production handoff.
• Track engineering changes, quality actions, commercial dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Facilitate clear technical and program reviews with customer engineering, sourcing, purchasing, and quality stakeholders.
• Prepare concise status reports and elevate schedule or scope risks early.
• Support customer visits and launch reviews when agreed in advance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant program, project, application, manufacturing, or customer engineering experience is preferred. Candidates with direct MIM, CNC, tooling, or precision-component experience are encouraged to apply even with fewer years.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and discuss tolerances, materials, DFM, inspection, and manufacturing milestones.
• Experience coordinating RFQ, sampling, NPI, or engineering-change activities.
• Professional English; German is strongly preferred.
• Legal ability to provide contract services from Germany and willingness to travel within Europe when agreed in advance.
