About our client
Our client, for whom we are looking for aHR Business Partner (full-time job), is the subsidiary of a large international manufacturing company in the field of home appliance (Fortune Global 500) .
Duties and responsibilities:
- Own the entire employee life cycle at the location, from recruiting to offboarding
- Provide support as trusted local HRBP, change agent and member of the R&D management team
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams and R&D stakeholders
- Ensure seamless delivery of HR services to the organization and further develop and implement HR processes and policies
- Proactively advise managers and employees during organizational transformation and growth
- Participate in regional/global HR projects
Qualifications and knowledge:
- Completed studies or a comparable qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Several years of extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in R&D or Technology
- Confident handling of HR systems and databases, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- A good sense for people and a sound understanding of HR best practices
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including headquarters abroad
- Resilient, confident and positive personality with an international mindset and hands-on mentality
- Fluency in German and English
