About our client

Our client is a leading company in the field of project management, client representation, and engineering planning with over thousands of employees. For the company in Regensburg, we are looking for a Project Manager (full-time position).

Duties and responsibilities:

• Project management and coordination of construction projects
• International project responsibility
• Support in the implementation of projects and ensuring compliance with quality standards as well as cost and time controlling
• Close collaboration with internal and external project participants

Qualifications and knowledge:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, state-certified technician, or comparable qualification
• Min. 5 years of professional experience as a project manager and/or construction manager
• Personal responsibility in the coordination of the trades
• Basic knowledge of HOAI and VOB
• Confident use of CAD tools and AVA
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and initiative
• Regular presence at various project locations
• Proficient in German and English
• Driving license class B
