Our client is a leading company in the field of project management, client representation and engineering planning with over thousands of employees. For the company in Regensburg, we are looking for an Architect (full-time position).
Duties and responsibilities:
- Design and planning of complex construction projects in work phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI
- Project management/supervision and execution of the respective projects
- Monitoring the awarding of construction contracts
- Schedule and cost management over the entire duration of the project
- Quality definition and monitoring
- Supporting and advising those involved in the project
- Preparation of working drawings and detailed plans
- Communication with clients, planners, authorities and companies
Qualifications and knowledge:
- Successfully completed degree in architecture or a comparable field of study
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management and/or work planning
- Very good knowledge of Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD
- Experience in the use of AVA software
- Assertiveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and action
- High architectural design standards, high level of motivation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
