YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As (Senior) Manager Direct Sales (m/f/x), you will be responsible for looking after direct customers in the field of digital advertising with your own sales responsibility. You will develop advertising strategies, prepare presentations, and present these to your customers. You will also be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns in collaboration with our publisher and campaign management teams. In detail, your area of responsibility includes the following tasks:

  • You acquire and manage new customers and develop strategies for individual verticals (e.g., tourism, retail, etc.).
  • You communicate our products to potential customers and present YOC at events and trade fairs.
  • In cooperation with our publisher and campaign management teams, you will develop innovative ideas for our customers and derive sales strategies for our company.
  • You continuously develop your own market knowledge and share it with the team and in regular exchange with your international colleagues in the YOC Group.
  • You contribute your in-depth knowledge of customers and the development of the programmatic business.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed your studies in a subject with a focus on economics or have completed comparable training.
  • You have 3-4 years of experience within the media industry and/or in comparable positions in which you were able to build up a customer network.
  • You are a strong communicator and know how to maintain and develop customer relationships.
  • You demonstrate innovative and dynamic thinking, take responsibility, and work accurately.
  • You are proficient in the common MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ideally have experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • You have an excellent command of German and fluent English and are willing to travel.
