We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our Outbound Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing and enhancing our social media strategy, engaging with our audience, and contributing to the overall social media marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
    Monitor mentions and engagement across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
    Actively engage with followers by sending personalized messages and responding to comments and questions.
    Maintain a strong online presence by proactively posting content on social media platforms.
    Respond to direct messages and engage with trending topics and keywords.
    Research relevant hashtags, profiles, and trends to enhance social media content.
    Conduct regular analysis of social media performance and create notes for monthly social media audits.
    Evaluate competitors’ content performance and gather insights for strategy refinement.
  2. Content Creation and Planning:
    Collaborate in creating and designing visually appealing social media posts.
    Assist in planning weekly content, including posts, photos, and stories.
    Contribute to the creation of Pinterest-friendly images.
    Publish posts to Instagram and ensure cross-linking with Facebook.
    Contribute to partnership content planning.
    Generate topic ideas for the upcoming month and maintain a content calendar.
  3. Marketing Support:
    Stay informed about the latest social media news, trends, and updates.
    Contribute to PR efforts, including awards applications.
    Collaborate on creating a content calendar for the upcoming months.
    Assist in planning conferences and company events.
    Respond to emails and support brand promotions.
    Create, execute, and monitor marketing emails and campaigns.
    Attend weekly team brainstorming meetings to contribute to creative strategies.
  4. Administrative Support:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new approaches, social media strategies, and concepts.
    Interact with databases, spreadsheets, and lead lists to interpret and summarize data.
    Utilize online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar, Calendly, and Monday.com.
    Support the design and preparation of presentations and marketing materials while maintaining detailed meeting notes.
    Assist the marketing manager and team with project organization and creation, including maintaining action item lists.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of social media experience or relevant positions.
  2. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop for design tasks.
  3. Familiarity with photo and video editing tools.
  4. Ability to multitask and work independently.
  5. Strong communication skills including phone, email, and instant messaging.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  7. Practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, particularly MS Office and Google Drive tools.
  8. Preferred qualification in social media, digital marketing, business, or related field.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Reliable internet connection with at least 100mbps speed.
  2. Good camera and microphone for active participation in brainstorming sessions.
  3. Noise-canceling headset for clear communication.
  4. Laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM and i5 processor or equivalent.

Working Hours and Location:

Full-time position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern US time zone. Remote work position based in the Philippines.
