Audio-Video Support Engineer required on-site in Munich, Germany.

• Technical AV support to all meeting rooms, A/V installation work
• First line support troubleshooting AV meeting rooms.
• AV support for EPO events.
• Installation of temporary AV installations (events, receptions, and other occasions where AV is required).
• Recording and editing of live (online) events, training sessions, interviews.
• Support for Oral Proceedings:
• Recording of witness hearings (edit and upload to OpenText).
• Assistance in inspection sessions during online Oral Proceedings hearings (including hands-on assistance with physical objects being inspected).
• Assistance to interpreters during Zoom meetings.
• Coordinate maintenance of hardware with the maintenance provider.
• Pro-active maintenance (regular checks).
• iPad support during events, including logistics, cleanup, and reconfiguration.
• Operation of Azure streaming.
• Video directing of live and hybrid events.
• Implementation and support of Zoom meetings for large events.
• Implementation and support of MS Teams for large events.
• Implementation and support of MS Live Events based on Teams meeting.
• Implementation of Slido events, Slido moderator training, and support.
• Broad knowledge of all kinds of AV equipment used in multimedia conference meeting rooms.
• IT knowledge, sufficient to successfully perform the required activities.
• Familiarity with live video production tools, good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for editing purposes.
• Ability to track down faults up to component level, effectively addressing malfunctions with the service provider.
• Confident participating in technical assistance such as guiding presenters in online, hybrid, and live events.
• Strong knowledge of MS Teams, MS Teams Live Events, Zoom, Slido.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to work in an international organization (English and communication skills are required).
• Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various Service Groups.
• Self-motivated and self-managed.
• Good analytical abilities.
• Proactive.
• Team player.

We offer a good salary as a full-time employee (range ca 38 – 43 k gross per year) based on experience. The job requires on-site presence in Munich, Germany on a daily basis .
