Following YouGov’s exciting acquisition of a Consumer Panel Services GfK, we’re seeking an HR Policy Integration Manager for a 6-month contract.
This is your chance to shape and streamline our HR policies across diverse teams, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering a culture of excellence. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving effective policy integration, we want to hear from you!
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring positive employee experiences by relaunching policies covering critical areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Partnering with internal function leads to Harmonization policies across YouGov’s business and a recently acquired business.
- Conducting thorough analysis of policies to identify edits and revisions to serve both the employees and the companies.
- Driving the project to deliver intelligent, thorough and compliant policies across more than a dozen operating markets.
- Working with business and HR leaders to prepare for and conduct briefing sessions with Works Councils, Unions and employees.
- Drafting policies based on existing resources, external and internal legal counsel, compliance standards and feedback from knowledge and jurisdiction experts.
- Responsible for keeping a record of the policies status in the master tracker and maintain records of any changes
- Working with the internal communications teams to ensure there is a thorough and consistent approach to rolling out the policy changes to the business including drafting communications or briefing sessions
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- Strong experience in HR policy harmonization across core HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partnering, HR Shared Services, L&D, Performance Management, Facilities.
- Track record of successfully introducing new, harmonization policies into large businesses operating across many European countries.
- Strong grasp of the processes and importance of engaging with Works Councils, Unions and Employee Representatives.
- Fluency in English and German.
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Confident ability to operate project management tools and software.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to draft, form and edit HR policy content and engage function experts for guidance.
- Additional European languages are a plus.
