Your mission
We are looking for you as Global Sales Executive (m/f/d) to join us at our headquarters in Munich or remotely within Germany.
As a Global Sales Executive (m/f/d), you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring strategically important enterprise customers. Your goal in this position is to win additional \“Dream Logos\“ as customers for yoummday and position our company as a leading partner in CX, BPO, and CCaaS.
- Account-Based Selling: You develop and implement individualized, tailored sales strategies for strategically important target customers to build long-term business relationships.
- End-to-End Responsibility: You manage the entire sales process, from identifying potential customers and key contacts to closing deals, while building trusted relationships with decision-makers.
- Solution-Based Selling: You leverage your industry knowledge in BPO and CCaaS to deliver customized CX solutions that address the individual needs of your (potential) customers.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You work closely with our Chief Sales Officer to align sales activities with our ambitious growth objectives. Additionally, you collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that the developed solutions are optimally tailored to customer needs.
Your skillset
- BPO Sales Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in selling CX, CCaaS, or BPO solutions and a proven track record of acquiring strategically important enterprise customers.
- Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: You excel at establishing long-term, trust-based relationships with top decision-makers and positioning yourself as a strategic partner. You also enjoy cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals.
- Communication Skills: You are fluent in spoken and written English , allowing you to inspire your stakeholders to collaborate. German language skills are a plus. Additionally, you bring a good sense of humor.
