Your mission

We are looking for you asTalent Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) in our headquarter in Munich.
AsTalent Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to attract freelance talents to our platform.From crafting multi-channel campaigns to engaging niche communities,you’llplay a key role in shaping how we reach, inspire, and onboard the best remote professionals. Your work directly drives our growth – and our mission to redefine the future of work.

• Channel Strategy : Devise and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to attract talents, utilising offline/out-of-home campaigns, job boards, online platforms, online content and unpaid social media (including groups and communities).
• Email Marketing : Develop segmented, targeted email campaigns to nurture leads from sign-up through to onboarding.
• Partnerships & Influencers : Collaborate with freelancers and industry influencers to broaden our outreach and build trust.
• Analytics & Optimisation : Track campaign performance, optimise based on KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion.
• Events & Webinars : Host engaging virtual and in-person events that speak to the needs of remote and freelance professionals.
• Community Engagement : Spark conversations and grow loyal communities across online forums and social platforms focused on remote work.

Your skillset

• You bring 2+ years proven experience in marketing, ideally focused on talent acquisition, the gig economy or appealing to freelancers.
• You successfully completed Bachelors orMastersstudies in Marketingor a related field
• You have hands-on knowledge ofdigital and offline marketingtactics across multiple channels
• You are a self-starter, able to work independently and takeownershipof campaigns from start to finish,whilealways adhering to the highest quality standards
• You’reconfident using data and tools toanalyseperformance and iterate campaigns
• You communicate clearly and engagingly inboth German and English(C1B2+ level or higher)
• You\’re creative, curious, and proactive – someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
