Our client, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Freelancer – Field Sales Manager to join their team and accelerate the uptake of solar solutions for private households. With a strong presence in over 10+ European markets and a proven track record of innovation, this organization is at the forefront of the energy transition. Responsibilities:

  • Leverage high-quality, online-generated leads with no cold calling required.
  • Utilize an advanced sales flow while incorporating your personal sales style.
  • Clearly articulate the advantages of the product portfolio and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Build a loyal customer base through exceptional service and ensure long-term business growth.
  • Maintain focus on goals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute to process improvements and develop strategies to drive referrals and business growth.

Background:

  • Proven experience in B2C field sales, account management or similar roles.
  • A strong sales personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Interest in technical topics and a curiosity to learn.
  • High initiative, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English to collaborate with international teams.
