Senior Leadership Training Professional — Personal Development Programmes
We are seeking an experienced leadership or coaching professional who is looking to work remotely as an independent contractor. Are you someone who wants to support the growth of others, and is looking for remote flexible work? Overall you will be building your own pipeline of enquiries through the organisation's marketing systems, then drawing on your own leadership experience to guide people towards their next chapter.
Day to day:
- Run marketing activity using the systems and templates provided to generate your own enquiries
- Hold credible, senior-level conversations with enquirers about the changes they're considering
- Where appropriate share personal development programmes and services
- Follow up and share information as required
- Mentor clients directly
- Take part in senior-level training and development sessions with the wider team
Who it's for:
15+ years' experience in leadership, executive coaching or training delivery at a senior level; a background in HR and people development is useful; comfortable holding a substantive conversation about mindset and growth with other experienced professionals; genuine interest in personal development.
Other preferred attributes:
professional and approachable; coachable and open to learning new skills; independent and disciplined; motivated to find new ways to work; used to own time management.
How the work happens:
Remote, working autonomously, with structured onboarding, marketing templates and direct support from industry leaders within the company.
