Mobile Development Team Lead (Remote, EU) – Up to $6,500/month

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, product-led SaaS company on a mission to simplify how product teams collaborate, plan, and ship. They’re now hiring a Mobile Development Team Lead to shape and scale their mobile engineering function.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the EU.

🚀 The Opportunity

As the Mobile Team Lead, you\’ll be the technical and strategic driver of mobile development, taking ownership of architecture, delivery, and team growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, product, and backend teams to bring features to life that directly impact thousands of users.

There’s a strong preference for someone who understands the complexities of restaurant or food delivery platforms—but this isn’t a dealbreaker.

👨💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a small team of mobile engineers (iOS/Android or cross-platform)

• Own the architecture and performance of the mobile application

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to plan and deliver scalable solutions

• Introduce best practices in mobile development, testing, and CI/CD

• Ensure a high-quality user experience through robust code and design decisions

• Influence hiring, tech choices, and roadmap decisions as the mobile team scales

✅ What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of hands‑on mobile development experience (Swift, Kotlin, or React Native)

• Previous experience in a technical leadership or team lead role

• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and scalable design patterns

• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native preferred)

• Strong communicator and collaborator in remote-first teams

• Bonus: Background in food delivery, hospitality tech, or related domains
