As a Demand Generation Content Manager at YOYABA you work closely with experts from our Marketing, Paid, Organic Growth RevOps teams. You take ownership to build and scale the content engine that fuels our demand programs and translate insights from our service units into high-converting content.
You build strategies grounded in how our customers think, decide, and buy – and only then enrich them with keyword intelligence, prompt-data patterns, and search signals. And execute them well.
You:
- build & execute a multimedia content roadmap that is fully aligned with our business goals, ICPs needs, and pipeline stages and powers both our demand generation programs and our always-on media machineselect formats and channels based on strategic impact, not vanity metrics
- create content end-to-end: long-form, short-form, video, blogs, social posts, scripts, podcasts, webinars and more.
- collaborate with internal experts & external influencers to bring relevant voices into your content
- draft, produce and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, email, website, and webinar platforms.
- set up & run podcast episodes, webinar programs, and live event content (concept → execution → publishing).
- lead SEO for Demand Gen content, including keyword research, competitive analysis, on-page optimization & content structuring
- optimize processes, workflows and editorial structures
You analyze performance across ICP and persona targeting, effectiveness along the entire buying journey, SQL impact and pipeline contribution, as well as engagement, intent, demand, SERP and social signals, and qualitative resonance indicators deriving data-backed optimizations from these insights and proactively proposing clear, actionable recommendations to our GTM leadership.
You ensure strategic quality across tone, messaging, format, structure, and impact while providing constructive feedback that elevates everyone around you.
Requirements
- Experience in Content & Organic Growth: You bring 3+ years experience in Content Marketing, Demand Generation or B2B SaaS Marketing. You’re fluent in multimedia content creation and have experience producing assets across formats.
You understand SEO & Organic Growth mechanics deeply — from research to execution to reporting. - Creative Intelligence & Love for language: You connect insights, personas and messaging into content that actually drives demand, not vanity metrics. And communicate complex SaaS topics with precision and simplicity – in German and English.
- AI Literacy: You use AI tools confidently to speed up research, ideation, analysis and workflows without compromising depth or quality.
- Project Ownership: You manage complex content calendars, stakeholders, freelancers and internal teams without losing control.
- Execution Speed: You can research, write, produce and ship content quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Tools: ideally experience with CMS (HubSpot), analytics tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs), webinar platforms, podcast platforms & marketing automation.
- Growth Mindset & Ambition: You test, learn, iterate and push yourself and the team forward.
