Market Research Analyst - Ecommerce & Payments

In cooperation with leading international tax consulting firms, our Tax team guarantees compliance with tax regulations for the national and international business of the ABOUT YOU Group. You will also be responsible for the optimal tax structuring of internal processes and issues as well as tax reporting.

As Tax Manager (m / f / d), you will be responsible for the tax management of our national and international business and will have the opportunity to independently develop tax processes and manage interdisciplinary projects. The focus is on the processing and further development of the ABOUT YOU Group’s ongoing tax processes.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for ongoing tax processes and procedures

• Preparation and review of tax returns and tax balance sheets
• Assessment of tax issues in collaboration with other departments
• Communication with tax authorities and external consultants
• Creation of internal guidelines and implementation of new requirements
• Development of measures to ensure tax compliance along with automation and digitalization of processes

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on taxes/finance, or completed apprenticeship with several years of professional experience
• First relevant professional experience in an international tax, auditing or audit-related consulting firm or in a company
• User knowledge of an ERP system and familiarity with MS Office
• Working part-time is possible
