Your Responsibilities as Billing Coordinator: What's the job about: The Billing Coordinator is responsible for independent execution of the financial administrative processes of the operational team and keeps track of correct invoicing in full. xjliken
Main tasks: Creates the invoices for contract logistics Accurate and timely job costing Creates, maintains, checks, revises and adjusts purchase orders Maintains, checks and adjusts to the correct cost center of all purchase related invoices and other (general) invoices Takes care of finance disputes on vendor invoices Makes and registers credit notes according to signing powers Notices and reports (administrative) irregularities concerning customer invoicing Notices and reports (structural) irregularities on buying and selling rates Is the operational key user for financial systems and key person for operational finance related questions Why Yusen Logistics?
