You will be in touch with other teams and departments such as Linehaul, Customer Service, Warehousing, Tech amongst others.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Managing the delivery and return flows to our customers and the related performance
• Improving customer satisfaction on deliveries and returns through the management of the related KPI
• Designing, planning, and implementing the best possible delivery and returns experience for our customers by implementing new service propositions and carrier/delivery products
• Managing the relationship with the external stakeholders – CEP Service Providers
• Reporting and improving the ongoing performance of the carriers
• You have a University Degree or apprenticeship with a focus on Transport and/or Supply Chain,
• You have logistics and previous relevant experience in a similar role within logistics, transport, carrier or service provider management, and e-commerce for a minimum 3 years.
• You have great communication skills in English, an additional EU language is a plus. Ability to interact with various stakeholders at different levels to foster close collaboration.
• You bring a strong affinity to logic, you don’t shy away from self-learning, and have a passion for data. You are capable of providing fast and accurate information
• You have good Excel and/or GSheet Skills and first touch points with Microstrategy are key.
