Creative Content Retoucher (all genders)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are looking for a talented Retoucher to join our innovative CSCC team, where you will focus on refining AI-generated content to meet the highest visual standards. Working closely with the AI Content Ideation expert, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all imagery produced aligns with our campaign goals and delivers impactful, high-quality visuals.

As part of a team focused on pushing the boundaries of content creation, you will collaborate with AI and content experts, leveraging technology to refine visual content for trend and commercial campaigns. Your role will be essential in enhancing AI-created visuals, ensuring a seamless integration of AI technology with high-end retouching techniques.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Collaborate with the Content Ideation team to refine and perfect AI-generated visuals, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s creative vision and meets the highest quality standards.

• Perform high-end retouching for trend and commercial campaigns while maintaining consistency.

• Utilise advanced Photoshop techniques to achieve flawless, natural-looking results that resonate with our target audience.

• Organise and maintain Photoshop files with well-structured layers, masks, and channels to ensure a smooth workflow and ease of collaboration across the team.

• Process feedback from the CSCC team, providing recommendations for improving visual outcomes while staying aligned with the overall content strategy.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools and retouching techniques to continuously improve the integration of AI content within the creative process.

• Work with multiple stakeholders within the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that supports the wider business objectives and content strategy.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You bring 3+ years of experience in high-end photo retouching, ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors. Experience working with AI-generated content or automation tools is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end retouching work. Experience with AI-driven content tools and a good understanding of how to refine AI-generated images is highly preferred.

• Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset, working closely with AI experts and the content ideation team to achieve cohesive visual content.

• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to retouching, ensuring that every image maintains a consistent, polished, and natural appearance.

• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time while maintaining well-organised files for team collaboration.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, and to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and creative challenges.
