As a Partner Consultant , you will be part of a high-performing team, creating new and innovative ways to connect people and fashion. You will be responsible for creating tailor-made advertising strategies and concepts, growing our client base, and promoting our audience advertising and content-creation solutions to advertisers and demand-side partners. Our Partner Consultancy (PC) unit works with brand partners and merchants to provide services across Insights, Content, and Reach. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams such as Category Management, Partner Program, Connected Retail, and Zalando Fulfillment Solutions to explore holistic commercial opportunities.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Build and strengthen relationships with partners, providing insightful campaign strategy recommendations, creating tailored yearly marketing plans, identifying opportunities, and driving long-term growth.
- Understand our brand partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed with our advertising services (Insights, Content, Reach).
- Maintain strong relationships with brand teams (executive, operational, creative, measurement, agency), offering trusted advisorship and identifying new opportunities.
- Manage your own portfolio of partners, including planning, campaign execution, reporting, upselling, stakeholder liaison, and negotiations. You will have revenue responsibility and monitor revenue targets independently.
- Advise fashion brands on marketing strategies across multiple channels, collaborating with major clients to provide recommendations and identify opportunities.
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns to share insights and advocate for new product releases internally and externally.
Required experience includes 4+ years in consulting large enterprise partners, ideally within brand marketing, sales/media, e-commerce fashion, or online publishing. You should have campaign management expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships. A passion for online advertising and willingness to travel are essential. Excellent English communication skills are required; German is a plus. You should be confident presenting at a senior management level.
