Principal Strategic Operations Project Manager (B2B) (all genders)

The ZEOS Logistics department is responsible for all partner-facing Zalando Logistics Solutions. By uniting these services under a single umbrella, we provide a more holistic approach to deliver the optimal fulfilment solution to meet our partners\‘ needs, and leverage common services to enable partner program growth.

As a Principal Strategic Operations Project Manager (B2B), you will report directly to the Head of Platform Operations. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, both large and small, all with significant strategic impact. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across logistics, sales, product, and within your own platform operations team, your role will be key in driving the success of our Merchants on both Zalando and other platforms.

1. You will play a key role in driving operational B2B e-commerce projects, ensuring operational excellence and strategic execution across the business.
2. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, product, and sales, to support the success of Merchant operations on Zalando and other platforms.
3. You will take ownership of strategic projects, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals.

WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED

1. You have 6+ years of experience in logistics, operations excellence, and project management, ideally within the B2B e-commerce industry. Leadership experience is a plus.
2. You are skilled in managing cross-functional processes and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. You have a proven track record in project management, with experience successfully executing projects under tight deadlines and delivering results.
4. You excel at balancing strategic thinking with operational execution, consistently focusing on driving business outcomes.
5. You have strong analytical skills and are adept of both preparing and making data-driven decisions.
6. You are a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear focus on delivering business results.
7. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are passionate about both strategy and operations.
