The ZEOS Logistics department is responsible for all partner-facing Zalando Logistics Solutions. By uniting these services under a single umbrella, we provide a more holistic approach to deliver the optimal fulfilment solution to meet our partners\‘ needs, and leverage common services to enable partner program growth.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (B2B), you will:
- Take end-to-end responsibility over our product marketing strategy, positioning and launching a variety of logistics & software products in front of our target audience – fashion & lifestyle brands and retailers.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across Product, Strategy, Marketing and Sales to support customer acquisition across different stages of the funnel.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Develop the overarching ZEOS positioning and messaging for individual products.
- Develop and execute a product marketing release strategy, including prioritization, intake processes, launch templates, and content channels.
- Plan and communicate releases for new products and features.
- Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy in close collaboration with Sales.
- Work with an agency to develop assets supporting Sales, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, videos, demos, etc.
- Identify success stories within existing customers and develop case studies.
- Collaborate with Analytics to find data points and create data-driven stories showcasing product value.
- Build strong relationships across Strategy, Product, Sales, and Analytics teams.
- Have 6+ years of experience in B2B product marketing.
- Be a native or near-native English speaker with strong communication skills.
- Have extensive experience with customer insights and research.
- Be confident managing cross-functional processes and stakeholder relationships.
- Thrives in a hyper-growth startup environment, with a hands-on approach, strategy, and operations focus.
- Be a self-starter capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and business results focus.
