THE ROLE & THE TEAM
Partner Services is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive key projects and programs to bring value to the partners and customers of Zalando across multiple customer propositions (Wholesale, Partner Program, and Connected Retail). In your role, you will be responsible for delivering complex programs and projects together with the tech teams and the stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and driving towards successful value delivery.

- Lead cross-department projects and initiatives by defining technical scope and milestones, managing risks and dependencies, planning, driving technical designs, and setting the course through your leadership skills.
- Ensure that your projects and programs are set for success, focusing on delivering value and not hours of work.
- Continuously improve the quality of your work using and adopting the latest industry best practices, and help elevate the work of your peers in the Partner Tech PMO.
- Support the PMO in organizational responsibilities, such as facilitating business reviews, project initiations, and communicating with organizational stakeholders.
- Be a strategic thinker with a passion for leading high-impact programs and driving successful outcomes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
