Sr. Sourcing Manager Corporate Services (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager Corporate Services to lead the commodity related to commodities e.g. Customer Care, Temp Labor, and other services and support relevant Zalando Business Units in delivering procurement and commercial objectives including the translation of their functional strategies into sourcing plans.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• You will be responsible to source for procurement commodities that can include the following areas: Customer Care, Temp Labor and others.

• You will partner with senior leaders of each respective BU e.g. in Customer Care Operations, P&O Logistics and many others to fulfil their procurement needs as well as advise them strategically.

• You will ensure that you develop respective sourcing strategies based on budget plans and pre-align with relevant stakeholders.

• You will deliver commercial improvements year over year for your area of scope based on clear objectives.

• You will develop, establish and co-own relationships with key strategic supplier relationships.

• You bring procurement experience, preferably in the mentioned services areas with a strong analytical background.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Have a minimum of >5 years relevant procurement experience (direct, indirect, retail) in fast-paced organisations across different commodities and industries.

• Proven skills by ensuring you can live Zalando mindset like Act like an owner, Put yourself in your customer shoes and Think Big, Act Fast.

• You are used to working autonomously and efficiently in a highly self-driven manner.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, sourcing, supply chain management, finance or comparable qualification.

• You are analytical and have a problem-solving attitude with a proven ability to achieve cost savings and overall efficiency on focused categories of spend.

• You are able to coordinate and manage multiple internal stakeholders with various levels of hierarchy and drive collaboration and partnerships with our vendors.

• Effectively communicate (verbal, written and visually) globally, in English, across the matrix and across a broad partner base in varied settings.
