Talent Booker (all genders) - Lounge by Zalando

As a Talent Booker for our Creative Production which delivers fresh engaging content for the Lounge by Zalando website you will be responsible for securing and coordinating talent for our daily production. This role requires a combination of negotiation, relationship management, and organizational skills to book the right talent and effectively manage all contractual and logistical details.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

1. You are responsible to book and coordinate logistics for suitable photographers, stylists and Hair & Make Up artists on short notice.
2. You build and maintain strong relationships with talent agencies and freelancers in order to grow our freelancer pool.
3. You negotiate contracts and fees with talent and their agents.
4. You handle administrative tasks like cost tracking and invoice verifications.
5. You ensure a brand appropriate & high-quality talent booking and a timely handling of all necessary details and paperwork.
6. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders such as planning and creative teams to ensure that all models and talents align with our brand vision and standards.
7. You ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
8. You prepare detailed reports on talent performance and booking insights.
9. You continually refine our processes and strategies to ensure that you and the team are working efficiently and effectively.
10. You stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

You’ve already been working in booking / art buying preferably in the fashion / ecommerce industry and have had experience in communicating and negotiating with agencies.

You have knowledge of licensing and copyright laws related to art buying.

Good organization is one of your biggest strengths and you stay on top of things when you receive a lot of information.

You have a collaborative and solution focused mindset.

Your written and oral English skills are fluent and MS Office and Excel is part of your daily routine.
