The Workplace Productivity and Innovations team empowers Zalando’s workforce by providing a comprehensive suite of digital tools and technologies. These solutions, encompassing both hardware and software, are designed to streamline collaboration and communication for employees, colleagues, and external partners working on shared projects within Zalando’s workplace.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Project Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Google Gemini rollout project.
- Streamline project tasks, including documentation management, meeting organization, and logistical coordination.
- Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and identifying potential roadblocks.
- Collaborate closely with the Workplace Experience team and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
User Engagement and Adoption:
- Develop engaging content (e.g., tutorials, demos, FAQs) to promote awareness and understanding of Google Gemini’s capabilities.
- Foster an active presence on the Zalando social intranet, responding to queries and encouraging employee interaction.
- Establish and activate a „Champions Network“ of early adopters to advocate for Google Gemini and provide peer-to-peer support.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess a strong understanding of Google Gemini’s features and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices related to Google Gemini.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with AI technologies and a strong understanding of Google Workspace applications.
- Proven ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying solutions and driving improvements.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to embrace new challenges in a dynamic environment.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with large-scale technology deployments.
- Familiarity with change management principles.
- Experience in training or enablement roles.
