Transform raw data into structured, analysis-ready formats using SQL and ensure data quality and integrity across pipelines Design and maintain flexible, robust data models for analytics, reporting, and operational needs across ZMS and Zalando Define and uphold data product quality standards, including SLAs, data contracts, monitoring, and incident response Understand the needs of operators, analytics partners, and financial stakeholders and translate them into accurate, timely, useful data products Drive team-wide data quality standards, run reviews, and support engineers and analysts in developing their data skills
Требования:
Fluent in dbt, SQL, and Python, with a track record of turning raw data into reliable, production-ready assets Experience owning data products end-to-end and setting high quality standards Strong DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation Ability to engage directly with stakeholders and build practical tools based on their needs Ability to design modular data models that scale with evolving business needs Hands-on experience with cloud-native setups and platforms such as Databricks or AWS Ability to maintain data quality using dbt tests, data contracts, or custom frameworks Ability to explain complex technical details clearly to non-technical partners Будет плюсом: Experience building data infrastructure for ML or AI workflows
