Head of P&O Operations - Logistics Warehouses Germany (all genders)

You will be part of the People & Organization (P&O) leadership team and report to the Director P&O Business Engagement. As the Head of P&O Logistics, you are responsible for the core of P&O in our German Logistic Warehouses. As a growing company with high business aspirations, we rely on attracting, retaining and developing the diverse, global talent to deliver on our Zalando Group Strategy. The Head of P&O works in close partnership with the business leader of the German Warehouses and the senior leadership team to develop and execute the HR strategy and roadmap supporting the growth and health of the growing organization.The HR leader will build an organization and culture that facilitates long-term business scale through the acquisition, development and retention of talent and the use/adoption of technologies in the delivery of our service.
