YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for 1st and 2nd level support for workstation systems. Troubleshooting in the desktop, printer and mobile area are part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for setting up and modifying workstations and infrastructure. The monitoring of network infrastructures (hardware, TCP/IP, router, WIFI) is part of your daily business. You analyze errors in the WAN and LAN using relevant network protocols.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have completed training in the IT field, e.g. as a system administrator (m/f/d), network administrator (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d), IT administrator (m/f/d) or a similar qualification.
- You have a clear advantage if you already have several years of professional experience in this field.
- You have already acquired basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, WIFI).
- You have experience in 1st and 2nd level support.
- Sound knowledge of current operating systems such as Windows, Linux, MacOS and Microsoft Office applications round off your profile.
- If you already have knowledge in programming and the handling of databases, this would be a plus point.
- Flexibility and service orientation are not foreign words for you.
- Strong communication skills, solution orientation, loyalty and readiness for action describe you.
- You are business fluent in German and English.
