WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have completed training in the IT field, e.g. as a system administrator (m/f/d), network administrator (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d), IT administrator (m/f/d) or a similar qualification.
- You have a clear advantage if you already have several years of professional experience in this field.
- You have already acquired basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, WIFI).
- You have experience in 1st and 2nd level support.
- Sound knowledge of current operating systems such as Windows, Linux, MacOS and Microsoft Office applications round off your profile.
- If you already have knowledge in programming and the handling of databases, this would be a plus point.
- Flexibility and service orientation are not foreign words for you.
- Strong communication skills, solution orientation, loyalty and readiness for action describe you.
- You are business fluent in German and English.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for 1st and 2nd level support for workstation systems.
- Troubleshooting in the desktop, printer and mobile area are part of your responsibilities.
- You will be responsible for setting up and modifying workstations and infrastructure.
- The monitoring of network infrastructures (hardware, TCP/IP, router, WIFI) is part of your daily business.
- You analyze errors in the WAN and LAN using relevant network protocols.
