• Shape a suite of loyalty benefits that delivers customer value and commercial success




• Define a long-term vision, identify and prioritize problems and solutions, and build fact-based business cases




• Structure complex economic and behavioral topics into clear messages and communicate them across all levels




• Work with the team and stakeholders to develop and prioritize epics and user stories




• Lead delivery with engineering, design, and data science teams in an agile development process




• Own and drive the mid-term vision and strategy for high-impact product areas




• Turn stakeholder needs and insights into prioritized roadmaps




• Partner with engineering and operations research teams to deliver scalable solutions and ensure high-quality execution

Требования

• Product management experience at lead or principal level, owning a long-term vision and roadmap and using data to identify problems and guide solution implementation




• Ability to understand, analyze, and clearly communicate business problems and priorities to engineering teams and business stakeholders




• Proven track record of influencing consumer decisions to achieve strategic business objectives while remaining customer-centric




• Deep passion for ecommerce, fashion, and loyalty programs, with an understanding of how to drive customer engagement and retention through loyalty initiatives




• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments




• Authentic, mission-driven approach
