The main goal is to ensure a seamless recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, emphasising the creation of a positive candidate experience.In this role, you will work closely with the Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Hiring Managers or interview committee to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.
