The main goal is to ensure a seamless recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, emphasising the creation of a positive candidate experience.In this role, you will work closely with the Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Hiring Managers or interview committee to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process. Your main focus will be on providing support for operational and capacity-related matters within the team.This role in particular covers a diverse set of business areas from People & Organisation, Studios, Customer Care and Outlets and for positions across Germany including roles where the primary candidate and manager language is both German and English.THIS ROLE WILL BE ON A 12 MONTHS LIMITED CONTRACT.INCLUSIVE BY DESIGNAt Zalando, our vision is to be inclusive by design.
