As CRM Manager, you will be part of our high-performing CRM team responsible for managing push and email channels at Zalando. Our CRM vision is to create personalized customer journeys that foster delightful experiences throughout the customer lifecycle. We aim to develop a CRM strategy that reflects our strong commitment to our customers and partners.
In this role, you will collaborate with the commercial, product, and engineering teams to develop and execute effective CRM strategies.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
The role encompasses four main areas:
- Executing CRM campaigns (email and push) specifically for the Plus Loyalty program in partnership with commercial teams.
- Collaborating with loyalty and local country teams to understand market needs and support these through CRM communications.
- Working with copywriters to craft engaging messages that improve open and click-through rates.
- Implementing campaigns across new CRM channels such as direct mail, in-app messages, and content cards.
You will also ensure CRM process efficiency for timely campaign delivery and execution.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek a data-driven CRM specialist with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce, holding a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
You should have a keen interest in leveraging new technologies to optimize customer messaging, possess creative problem-solving skills, and thrive in an agile environment.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL is advantageous. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Braze, Selligent, Accengage, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow are essential.
