Job DescriptionTHE ROLE & THE TEAMThe Zalando platform enables merchants (brands, retailers, distributors) to sell fashion articles directly to the Zalando customers (online marketplace). The Operational Success team's purpose is to enable partners to achieve higher commercial success and customer experience through operational excellence on the platform, while ensuring the highest level of visibility and availability of their assortment.As Operational Success Manager, you will be responsible for the operational performance of a pool of merchants, from integration and article onboarding to logistics. In this role you will be the sparring partner of the Partner Consulting team in charge of this pool of merchants.
