THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Senior Product Manager for TB.360, our advanced data platform, you will take ownership of defining and driving product strategy, execution, and delivery of key features. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to solve significant customer and business challenges in a dynamic environment.
This role requires both strategic foresight and hands-on management to ensure product success. Your goal will be to create impactful data-driven solutions that address evolving customer needs, while supporting the long-term product vision and business outcomes from Tradebyte.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Product Strategy & Vision: Shape and adapt the product strategy for TB.360 in collaboration with tech teams and stakeholders. Define and drive a long-term (1-2 year) product vision that addresses customer and business challenges.

Execution & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end development of features, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritise, plan, and execute on the product roadmap.

Customer Insights & Data: Leverage customer feedback and data to guide product decisions. Use KPI frameworks to prioritise initiatives and track progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Market Awareness & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Push for innovative solutions that improve product performance and exceed customer expectations.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data platforms, SaaS products, or analytics-driven solutions.

You have experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in agile environments.

You are proficient in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and product roadmapping tools.

You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
