ppbZambon Switzerland SA /b, the Swiss affiliate of the multinational pharmaceutical group Zambon, based in Cadempino (Canton Ticino), is looking for a bBuyer /b to join its bIndirect Procurement /b team. /ppWe are looking for a highly challenge-driven individual with a strong appetite for change and continuous improvement, who will contribute to the evolution of purchasing strategies and processes while developing valuable partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. /ppBy leveraging advanced digital tools, the successful candidate will support the management of indirect spend categories and the optimization of internal processes, contributing to sustainable value creation for the organization in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. /ppbKey responsibilities: /b /pulliSupport and drive digitalization and innovation within Procurement processes through the use of Data Analytics and AI solutions, transforming data and market insights into effective purchasing strategies and actionable recommendations. /liliProactively conduct supplier scouting, qualification and evaluation activities at both national and international level, optimizing the supplier base and ensuring competitiveness, reliability and continuity of supply. /liliNegotiate commercial agreements, contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring maximum value generation and optimization of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). /liliManage indirect procurement, MRO and CAPEX activities, including laboratory materials, industrial spare parts, services and Facility Management, from needs definition through negotiation and contract execution. /liliManage tenders and e-Sourcing processes through SAP Ariba (RFI, RFP, RFQ), supporting supplier onboarding, electronic catalogue management and the optimisation of the Procure-to-Pay cycle. /liliAnalyze spend, TCO, market benchmarks and supplier performance, identifying opportunities for savings, cost optimization, vendor consolidation and risk mitigation. /liliMonitor and develop relationships with strategic suppliers, promoting continuous improvement initiatives, compliance and long-term partnerships. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, QA/QC, Finance, IT and Plant Operations, fostering effective collaboration, innovation and continuous process improvement. /li /ulpbThe ideal candidate is: /b /pulliAnalytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret spend analysis, KPIs and market trends to identify optimisation and value-creation opportunities. /liliFocused on continuous improvement and open to change, able to leverage digitalisation and new technologies to increase process effectiveness and support the business. /liliCurious, proactive and autonomous, with the ability to set priorities and manage complex activities in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. /liliStrategically minded and results-oriented, with the ability to translate operational needs into effective and sustainable sourcing solutions. /liliPassionate about negotiation and partnership development, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders in international and multi-stakeholder environments. /liliCollaborative and influential, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field. /liliAt least 5 years of experience as a Buyer, with responsibility for managing indirect spend categories, preferably within the pharmaceutical, chemical or cosmetics industry. /liliSolid knowledge of sourcing, supplier management and compliance in regulated environments (GMP). /liliKnowledge of key regulations related to contractual compliance and data privacy. /liliProven hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Buying and Contracts) and integration with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA. /liliGood knowledge of analytics and data visualization tools, such as Power BI or equivalent. /liliStrong negotiation, spend analysis and supplier management skills. /liliExcellent written and spoken English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
