Responsibilities
- Partner with the CTO and leadership teams to define, prepare, and communicate the CTO’s monthly, quarterly, annual, and 5-year strategy, staffing, and development plans.
- Collaborate with the CTO’s leadership team to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress on projects, initiatives, and overall goals within the CTO’s areas of accountability.
- Proactively identify potential issues or blockers, actively providing solutions and involving the CTO and relevant stakeholders as needed to ensure desired outcomes.
- Support the CTO in preparing executive board, supervisory board, and organizational presentations and written communications.
- Plan and lead strategy sessions with the CTO and extended leadership team.

- Exceptional capabilities in conceptual and strategic thinking, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
