The role:

Join us as a Senior Brand Manager (f/m/d) to shape the future of our new businesses. Your mission is to drive business growth by seamlessly integrating brand building, performance marketing, and CRM strategies. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the business meets its ambitious growth targets while serving as a trusted advisor to the business owner on how best to achieve results.

Your tasks:

  1. Design, implement and lead a comprehensive Marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  2. Liaise with our market and user research department and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand positioning and expansion.
  3. Continuously refine and guard the brand identity and own a pool of brand assets and best-performing creatives to be used across channels.
  4. Define and manage the marketing budget in close collaboration with our internal media department and external agencies.
  5. Lead end-to-end execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the brand identity.
  6. Own and monitor key brand metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and maximize ROI.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, data and customer ops, to ensure cohesive and impactful brand initiatives.
  8. Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new approaches and/or tools to drive marketing KPIs.

What you offer us:

  1. Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-growth startup or dynamic environment.
  2. Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  3. Exceptional understanding of brand building, storytelling, and audience engagement – with a clear focus on Social Media channels (TikTok, Instagram & Facebook) as well as influencer marketing.
  4. Experienced in steering creative agencies and managing content productions including user-generated content at scale.
  5. Resourcefulness when it comes to maximizing the impact of a startup budget.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  7. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  8. Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs, media savviness and preferably training in evidence-based Marketing.
  9. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  10. Good communication and collaboration skills in English & German.
